Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The wrong item was shipped; or
- The item arrives materially different from its description.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
Returned items must remain in the same condition in which they were received.
Bullion products, precious metals, and market-sensitive items are generally not eligible for return due to market price fluctuations.
Returns Instructions
Returns require prior authorization from Libertad Vault. Please contact us at support@libertadvault.com within the applicable return period to request a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon in writing.
Returned items must be securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped with tracking. Orders valued at $1,000 or more must also include Signature Confirmation.
Prior to shipment, the buyer must photograph the item, all protective packaging, the sealed shipping package, and the shipping label for their records. Returned items must be packaged with the same or equivalent level of protection as originally provided by Libertad Vault. Items must be securely protected in a padded bubble mailer with rigid cardboard reinforcement or in a sturdy shipping box, as appropriate.

Refunds
Returns received that do not comply with these requirements may be refused or may result in delayed processing.
Libertad Vault is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate return packaging. Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified to be in its original condition.
Returns approved as a courtesy for reasons other than those stated in this policy may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee or other deductions, including non-refundable payment processing fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
