Returns
At Libertad Vault, we specialize in certified and collectible numismatic coins. We encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, and certification details before placing an order. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist prior to purchase.
We offer a 10-day inspection period for return-eligible items beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be authorized by Libertad Vault.
- The item must be returned within the 10-day inspection period.
- The coin must be returned in the same unopened, unaltered condition in which it was received.
- All original holders, packaging, certificates, labels, and accompanying materials must be included.
- Certified coins must remain in their original tamper-evident holders and must not be removed from their holders or otherwise altered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error or the item differs materially from its description.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bullion and bullion-related products whose value is primarily based on fluctuations in the precious metals market.
- Custom orders or special-order items.
- Items that have been altered, damaged, removed from their original holder, or returned in a condition different from that in which they were shipped.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Materially Misrepresented Items
If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item differs materially from its description, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at support@libertadvault.com.
We will promptly review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair (when applicable), or refund.

Return Instructions
All returns require prior authorization from Libertad Vault.
To request a return authorization, please contact support@libertadvault.com within the applicable return period. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return shipping instructions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be shipped using a fully insured, trackable shipping service.
- Orders valued at $1,000 or more must include Signature Confirmation.
- Libertad Vault reserves the right to require USPS Registered Mail or another secure shipping method for higher-value returns.
Before shipping, buyers should photograph:
- The coin(s)
- All protective packaging
- The sealed shipping package
- The shipping label
Returned items must be packaged using the same or an equivalent level of protection as originally provided by Libertad Vault. At a minimum, returns should be securely protected in a padded bubble mailer with rigid cardboard reinforcement or a sturdy shipping box, as appropriate.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified to be in its original condition and compliance with this policy.
Returns that do not comply with these requirements may be refused or may result in delayed processing.
Libertad Vault is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate return packaging.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returns approved as a courtesy outside the terms of this policy may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee and/or deduction of non-refundable payment processing fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
